The liquefaction tank is a heat treatment equipment recently developed by the company to meet the advanced control theory of heat treatment. It is used in control installation and has a high degree of automation.

According to the principle of fluid mechanics, it has an in-trough diversion structure and a propeller-stirring high-pressure, high-pressure jet mixing system designed to make the quenching process more efficient.
The internal quenching liquid has uniform flow, temperature and concentration to ensure uniform quenching and cooling of the workpiece.
The quenching tank is equipped with heat exchanger and cooling system. Using one quenching tank to complete the process eliminates the need for a liquid storage tank and reduces the average amount of quenching liquid.
