There are two types of double-channel tunnel push plate kilns: double-channel tunnel kilns that push in the same direction and double-channel fully automatic rotary tunnel kilns that push in the opposite direction. It is composed of two kiln lanes distributed horizontally. The products in the two kiln lanes flow in opposite directions to each other. The cooling shear heat in one kiln lane preheats the products in the other kiln lane, so that the cooling waste heat is fully utilized. Compared with single-pass kiln, the energy saving rate is as high as 25-45%. In addition, the double-pass kiln has the same characteristics as the single-pass kiln, including low investment, high output, and temperature uniformity.
